A Free General Surgery Medical Camp was successfully organized at Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in collaboration with Prem Sagar Charitable Dispensary. During the camp, men, women, and children received medical consultation from Consultant Surgeons Dr. Vijay Kumar and Dr. Farha Batool. Patients requiring surgical care have been referred to Sohail Trust Hospital, where registered Hindu community patients from this camp will receive their surgeries free of cost. Comprehensive workshop on Maternal Cardiac Arrest
We successfully conducted a comprehensive workshop on Maternal Cardiac Arrest at Sohail Trust Hospital on Saturday, 11th April 2026. This educational session aimed to enhance the knowledge and clinical skills of healthcare professionals in managing maternal emergencies effectively. The workshop focused on: ✔️ Early recognition of maternal cardiac arrest ✔️ Airway management, oxygenation, and ventilation ✔️ Left Lateral Uterine Displacement and CPR techniques ✔️ Post-cardiac arrest stabilization of the mother ✔️ Targeted temperature management The session was organized by Prof. Dr. Farzana Aamir, Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and facilitated by Dr. Maryam Asif, an American Heart Association-certified BLS/ACLS/PALS & ASLS Instructor. Participants included postgraduate trainees, house officers, MBBS students, and nursing staff, all of whom benefited from this informative and hands-on training. An impactful interactive session was conducted by Dr. Saadia Siddique, Consultant Dental & Maxillofacial Surgeon, on dental and oral hygiene, with key focus on the prevention of mouth cancer. Participants received practical guidance on daily care, early warning signs, and the importance of regular dental check ups. At the end of the session, dental hygiene kits were distributed to encourage healthy practices. Oral health is essential. Your health is our priority.

Sohail Trust Hospital successfully organized a Free Medical Camp at Outreach Center STHMS, Saima Luxury Homes, with an overwhelming response. 300+ patients benefited from free consultations by: Dr. Fauzia Akhter (Consultant Family Medicine) Dr. Fariha Hussain (Consultant Gynecologist) Dr. Noshaba Noor (Consultant Pediatrician) Dr. Saadia Siddique (Consultant Dental & Maxillofacial Surgeon) Patients also received free blood sugar testing, BMI assessment, and BMD screening, supporting complete basic health care. A productive and insightful meeting was held between the management of Sohail Trust Hospital and key representatives from the education sector, including The Hunar Foundation – Hunar Health Care. The primary focus of this engagement was to strengthen collaboration in advancing educational support and expanding On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities for students, enabling them to gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional healthcare environment. During the session, The Hunar Foundation – Hunar Health Care also honored Sohail Trust Hospital with a Certificate of Recognition in appreciation of its valuable contribution and commitment to training students through its OJT program. Free Medical Camp
A Free Medical Camp was successfully conducted in collaboration with The Hunar Foundation at Feroz Fatima Healthcare and Technical Institute, Korangi Allah Wala Town. During the camp, Dr. Natasha Niaz (Consultant Internal Medicine) and Dr. Devi Kumari (Consultant Gynecology) provided free consultations and medical evaluations to over 120 patients, ensuring timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment for those in need. This initiative reflects the shared commitment of both organizations to serve the community by improving access to quality healthcare. Moving forward, both teams aim to maintain close coordination and continue organizing more free medical camps to support underserved populations.
